There's been a lot of talk about voter fraud over the last two years, so we brought in some friends from our United to Save the Vote Gala to put things in perspective.

The truth about voter fraud is this: It almost never happens. The rate of fraud for vote by mail is 0.000012% and most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless. Numerous studies have reached the same conclusions: voter fraud is extremely rare, voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and when it does happen, it's highly detectable.

Over the past 20 years, more than 250 million ballots have been cast by mail nationwide, and there have been just 143 criminal convictions for election fraud related to mail ballots.

Vote by mail is safe and secure — but politicians and special interests have launched a fear-mongering disinformation campaign to convince you otherwise, making it more difficult for Americans to vote safely and jeopardizing the integrity of our elections in the process.

It's up to us to protect our elections from these dangerous lies, and ensure every American can vote safely. It's up to us to #SaveTheVote.
