Wondering which industries are rooting for the top presidential candidates?

We pulled donor data from each candidate's most recent election cycle for the office they currently hold so you can see where they're getting campaign funds. For those candidates who are not in Congress, we used their top donors from the 2020 cycle. The data below shows contributions from employees and PACs of companies and industries that support the top presidential candidates.

Though the economic interests of each donor are impossible to guess, patterns of contributions can reveal important information to voters about where candidates get their financial support. That's why Congress mandated that all contributions over $200 be reported to the public.
