In the wake of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, a new Supreme Court justice could be sworn in in a matter of weeks — and the American people deserve to know their position on one of the most important issues of our time: corruption.

Tell the Senate Judiciary Committee: Get the new SCOTUS nominee on the record about vital anti-corruption issues:

  • Money in Politics: Will the nominee support commonsense campaign finance reform, or continue to let money rule our politics?
  • Corruption: Will the nominee make corruption, like lobbyists greasing politicians with gifts and cash, illegal or keep it legal?
  • Gerrymandering: Will the nominee end or allow partisan gerrymandering, the strategic drawing of district lines to advantage the party in power?
  • Voting Rights: Will the nominee limit or expand voting rights?

These are the structural issues that will impact everything you care about — from the environment, to taxation, to healthcare or infrastructure — for decades to come. As the anti-corruption movement picks up more and more victories each year, we also become a target for status quo politicians to attack in the courts.

That’s why it’s so important that our nation’s highest court is on the right side of history, supporting the movement to fix our broken elections, stop political bribery, and end secret money.

In the coming weeks, the Senate Judiciary Committee will have the chance to get the nominee on the record about these vital issues. And with some of the Senators' own seats on the ballot this November and the nation's eyes on the nominee, we have their attention.

This is why we must act now: Demand the Senate Judiciary Committee get Judge Amy Coney Barrett on the record about their position on anti-corruption issues.
