The President Should Win the People, Not Just the States.

Imagine a world where the candidate who wins the most votes actually wins the presidency. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately, that’s just not how things work in the United States of America. The culprit? A relic called the Electoral College.

Here’s the thing: nearly two-thirds of Americans agree that the winner should be the person with the most votes¹. Period.

Thanks to the Electoral College, presidential candidates can skip entire states and focus only on a few “swing” states that hold disproportionate power. In 2024, 60% of presidential campaign money² and appearances³ were poured into just four states: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Four states. That’s it.

Switching to the Popular Vote isn’t just an upgrade—it’s the fair thing to do. It’s a way to make sure every vote counts. When every American’s vote is in play, candidates have to earn votes from all of us, not just a select few. It’s time to elect our president via the Popular Vote.
