What’s happening in Washington isn’t democracy.
It’s cartel politics.
Trump promised to drain the swamp. Instead, he’s running it like a criminal operation:
- Big donors get massive government payouts.
- Private companies are taking in billions while public services like cancer research are slashed.
- Critics are punished. Independent watchdogs fired. Whistleblowers silenced. Even Republican officials face threats and legal attacks. Power is concentrated in one man’s hands. Everyone else either plays along or pays the price.
Americans want a government that serves us, not a system of favors and threats. Together, we can push back.
