Neither Vice President Harris nor former President Trump have made clear commitments to fix corruption. We have an opportunity to change that when Harris and Trump meet for the Presidential Debate on Sept. 10, hosted by ABC News moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis.

Join us in calling on the moderators to ask the question:

“As president, what specific steps would you take to fix our corrupt political system?”

The Question

The following corruption is completely legal and routinely practiced in the United States:

  1. Super PACs use their massive cash reserves to buy elections and influence legislation
  2. Politicians redraw districts to guarantee their own victories
  3. Voters are forced to choose between the lesser of two evils
  4. Corporate interests fund political campaigns and then reap the benefits of tax breaks and loopholes
  5. Citizens United allows unlimited dark money to pour into campaigns

► As president, what specific steps would you take to fix these problems in our corrupt political system?
