The Floundering Four states – Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas – are still planning to force voters who don't have an "excuse," like being out of town, to go vote at crowded polling locations. No one should have to risk exposure to a potentially deadly virus to exercise their right to vote.
